Experience and Certifications
Ryan is a Canfitpro certified personal trainer and specializes in functional strength and body recomposition. He is also certified as an Active Aging Specialist through Canfitpro and Hyperice Hypervolt Massage gun for movement enhancement and increased recovery. Ryan has been lifting weights for 20+ years and has practiced many modalities including bodybuilding, strength training, powerlifting, crossfit and calisthenics.

Ryan loves helping his diverse clientele work towards the acquisition of strength and fitness to take on all of life's challenges. From young clients making their first foray into weight training to older clients wanting to regain or maintain strength to prevent injury and disease. Even weekend warriors looking to take their sports performance to the next level. Ryan uses fundamental movements and a bit of psychology to help his clients unlock their potential.

About the Trainer
An avid biker, Ryan has worked overseas in France and Italy as a tour guide and bike mechanic for a bespoke walking and biking travel company. If he’s not in the gym he can be found exploring one of the many amazing local trails getting his cardio in on the bike. Having recently returned from an extended period living in Australia on the sunny shores of idyllic Bondi beach Ryan is loving being back next to the Pacific and training new clients while “having a yarn” and breaking a sweat.
