For first-time clients of Better Bodies Club, we offer a complimentary first session.

THE ONE ON ONE

Our One on One personal training is tailored specifically to you, using your assessment and first session as your baseline and your personalized training program as your guide. Each 50min training session is instructed by your expert trainer who will help you build a solid bio-mechanical foundation, using proper form and technique, for optimum results. You will achieve more than you ever thought possible with your trainer’s on-going support.

THE TWO ON ONE

The Two on One is a 50min semi-private training session, a cost-effective way to stay fit and spend time with a friend. After a combined assessment and first session, your trainer will develop a collaborative training program with both of your goals in mind. With the accountability and motivation working out alongside a friend, and under the technical eye of your professional trainer, you both will discover more strength, energy and confidence.
