Experience and Certifications
Michael is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Specific Nutritionist. He is kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, and TRX certified.

Areas of Interest
Michael studied health and nutrition to better improve himself as an athlete, and then after getting certified, he practiced with friends which led to them gaining optimal, life-changing results. After that, he spent a couple of years at Fitness World learning from the top trainers before branching off as an independent trainer.

He has experience working with athletes with intermittent fasting, keto, vegetarian, and vegan lifestyle.

About the Trainer
He is a former 8-year Canadian Dragon Boat Athlete and in 2021 Michael took Men’s Physique 6th overall in the Vegan Bodybuilding Vancity showdown.

He enjoys buying and selling random things, going for hikes, and traveling. Michael loves helping people. He also loves pizza and can teach people how to lose weight without any restrictions.
