Chloe is a CFES certified personal trainer, as well as a group fitness instructor and spin instructor. Chloe also coaches running, as well as nutrition, healthy habits and lifestyle.

Areas of Interest
Chloe strives to improve her clients quality of life, whether that is working towards moving without pain, or rehabilitating injuries. Chloe is also passionate about the benefits of weightlifting at all ages, and helping her clients achieve their weight loss goals. She loves to help her clients find success and build confidence in and out of the gym.

About the Trainer
Chloe has been a lifelong athlete, running and practicing yoga from a young age. Chloe started snowboarding as a preteen and ultimately moved from Ontario to BC to follow her passion to be in the mountains. Chloe lives for the outdoor lifestyle of Vancouver, in the summer she loves cycling and mountain biking, running and hiking. In the winter she loves snowboarding and ice skating.
